Mori Fashion

Mori is a fashion that emerged in 2007.
"Mori" is the japanese word for "Forest".
It's all about the concept of a girl who is living in a forest so the look should be somewhat earthy. Colors would be white, dirty white, beige, brown, green, and etc.

Mori girls usually likes to drink tea and vintage & eco-friendly items.
Clothes are flowy, layered, and aren't body-hugging.

Must have items are the ff:

• Scarf
• Cardigan
• Boots
• vintage items
• flower wreath
• Floral hair accessories
• clothes with laces~
• clogs

 Details and texture matters~

Mori girls prefer gold items rather than silver items.

They also love cameras and photography~

Luna Lovegood Cosplay

My first cosplay where I have to make props. :)

I decided to cosplay Luna because I think we are both alike. And the fact that my house is Ravenclaw(Pottermore). Hehe.

At first, I was considering to cosplay Hermoine.... but I like Luna better. xD

I prepared for this for like 2-3 months. The first thing I made was the wand, then the necklace, radish earrings and the Spectre Specs. I was a bit lazy to make the ring.

I was trying to recreate Luna from the books...but failed xD The fact that Luna is wearing Dirigible plum earrings and not radish earrings ORZ

"She had straggly, waist-length, dirty blonde hair, very pale eyebrows, and protuberant eyes that gave her a permanently surprised look. Harry knew at once why Neville had chosen to pass this compartment by. The girl gave off an aura of distinct dottiness. Perhaps it was the fact that she had stuck her wand behind her left ear for safekeeping, or that she had chosen to wear a necklace of Butterbeer caps, or that she was reading a magazine upside down."  - Description from the book. 

I decided to debut my costume in Fantasy Quest 2 because of the location, it's very nice :3

I used a template from google for the design, and used red and blue cellophanes.

Chizuru Yukimura (Western) Cosplay

Chizuru Yukimura is a character from Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan. It's an otome game that turned into an anime. The anime has a lot of facts about the Shinsengumi (Some of it was altered of course).

My favorite characters are Okita, Heisuke and Chizuru.

Since this post is about Chizuru, I should have a short description of her. =3

Chizuru is the heroine of HSK. She disguised herself as a boy(But she still looks like a girl) while traveling to Kyoto from Edo to search for her father, Kodou-san. She prefers to heal the wounded rather than to kill or hurt people. Has a very caring and loving nature.

I really like the character. Although, I like Okita and Heisuke more than her. xD

As time passed, I began to "drift away" from the character. Realizing that I love her..... but I hate her too xD

When I watched the series again, I felt irritated to Chizuru (I was not feeling irritated before). I don't know why D:

oh well, at least my costume was properly documented.

Spectre Cosplay

I did a lot of preparations for this cosplay!

Originally, I was supposed to cosplay Lonewolf, but since I'll be kinda "lonely", Some friends told me to cosplay Spectre instead. I liked the idea. Since I kinda like him, I researched all about him. He became my favorite in the U.S.S. and since I favor snipers, hihi~ :3


Spectre is a character from Resident Evil. Appeared at Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.

At first, I had no idea where to start.
Good thing I was helped by a fellow DA user (TwinkieSniper) and by my Resident Evil family.

I made/altered the mask and balaclava. I added zippers to the balaclava(took me almost a week due to school) and as for the mask, I bought a mask used at airsoft and a half mask at the Hardware. I used different sized PVC pipes for the zooming lens.

I used an old cellphone for the datapod and as for the thing at the back, I used an antenna from a radio, and a wire from a dualshock controller(not working anymore) to connect the datapod and the antenna at the back.

I bought most of the military stuffs at Manang Lumings (located at Quezon Blvd., near Quiapo Church)

I think I was the first to cosplay Spectre in the Philippines(debuted during April 1st if 2012). =))

I was kinda hoping the sales ladies will recognize me (there's even a big poster of RE:ORC there!)
 xD Fail :P

I wish I gave justice to Spectre  =)))
